We currently ship to Ireland and EU countries.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Ireland

• Standard delivery (2-3 business days): €6.00
• Express delivery (1-2 business days): €9.00

EU

• Standard delivery (5-7 business days): €17.00 flat rate

Order Tracking

A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to courier volume, weather, or customs processing (for non-Ireland EU orders). We'll do our best to keep you informed if a delay affects your order.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address after ordering.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us at info@skinsense.ie within 14 days of your order date so we can investigate and arrange a resolution.
